Information from online meetings (video/audio calls via Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams)

Public professional information (e.g., LinkedIn profile), if relevant

4. Use of AI and Note-Taking Tools
To ensure a smooth, efficient, and fair application process, we utilize our recruitment platform, Teamtailor, along with its integrated smart tools to assist our hiring team. We believe in complete transparency regarding how these tools handle your data:
Application & Resume Insights: We may use AI-assisted tools within Teamtailor to help summarize applications and highlight key skills. This allows us to review your application more efficiently so you aren’t left waiting indefinitely for feedback.
Interview Recording & Smart Note-Taking: To keep accurate records and ensure our hiring team is fully present during your interview, we record our conversations directly within Teamtailor. We use Teamtailor's built-in AI features to transcribe the meeting and generate summaries. This means our interviewers can focus entirely on you rather than typing away at a keyboard.
Humans Always Make the Decisions: Technology is only here to support us. We do not use profiling, automated screening filters, or algorithmic decision-making to reject candidates. Every single decision regarding your progression or final hiring is made exclusively by our human recruitment team.
5. Who Has Access to Your Data
These providers act as data processors and may transfer data outside the EU/EEA, but only with adequate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
We do not sell or disclose your data to unauthorised third parties.
6. Data Retention
If you are not selected, we will retain your application and interview data for 6 months after the end of the recruitment process.
With your consent, we may retain your details for longer to consider you for future opportunities.
After the retention period, your data will be securely deleted or anonymised.
7. Your Rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
Access your data and receive a copy
Correct or update your data
Request the deletion of your data
Restrict or object to processing
