Senior Business Development Representative - Benelux
We are seeking a Senior BDR to convert intent and engagement into qualified opportunities in Benelux region!

As a Senior BDR for the Benelux region, you will have the autonomy to build and execute the local pipeline strategies. You will focus on creating long-term, value-driven relationships with mid-market organizations. We value quality, strategic outreach, and a consultative approach to prospective clients.

Annual on target compensation of 65-75 k € with 60/40 split in base and variable

What you will do:
Take ownership of outbound prospecting campaigns targeting key decision-makers (HR, L&D, and C-level) in the Benelux region
Act as a trusted advisor by conducting qualitative discovery calls to understand the specific organizational development challenges of prospects
Collaborate closely with Marketing and Account Executives to experiment and optimize local market penetration strategies
Manage and maintain a clean pipeline in our CRM (Hubspot), ensuring data-driven decision-making
What you will bring:
Benelux market experience, with a proven track record of building outbound pipeline
An autonomous, structured work style: you thrive in a high-trust culture
Exceptional communication skills, comfortable engaging with HR directors and senior leadership
Tech-savvy, with hands-on experience using modern sales tools (HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
Typically requires 1+ years of experience as a BDR/SDR in B2B SaaS, ideally within HR tech or L&D
Fluent in English; professional proficiency in Dutch is a big plus
