We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to connect our product with its vision and methodology, ensuring buyers clearly understand its impact and sellers can sell based on value. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will bridge the gap between our product vision and market reality, driving growth by ensuring our value is clearly understood by buyers and effectively delivered by our sales teams.

What will this role have ownership of?

  • Owning repeatable research for market trends, competitive analysis, and buyer insights

  • Developing and maintaining validated ICPs, personas, and JTBD frameworks

  • Creating and evolving research-based positioning and messaging frameworks

  • Leading cross-functional GTM planning and execution for product and feature launches

  • Building sales plays, battlecards, and customer education content aligned to ICPs

  • Shaping product messaging for the website to drive visitor conversion

  • Creating and optimizing onboarding flows to drive activation and retention

What does the role require from you?

  • Proven experience in positioning, messaging, and product launch execution

  • Expertise in market and competitive research methodologies

  • Ability to simplify complex concepts and create compelling narratives

  • Highly analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making

  • Product marketing certification completed within the last 2 years

  • Experience in L&D or HR tech space is a plus

  • Typically requires 5-8+ years of PMM experience in high-growth B2B Saas organisations

  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
