We are looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to play a key role in our growth journey by ensuring our sales team is equipped with the skills, tools, content, and processes they need to consistently hit targets and deliver value to our customers.

What will this role have ownership of?

  • Building world-class onboarding and continuous training for the Sales team

  • Creating and maintaining sales playbooks, content, and assets aligned with our value proposition

  • Partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Product to sharpen our messaging and GTM execution

  • Optimizing our sales tech stack (HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)

  • Driving adoption of sales methodologies/techniques such as SPICED/Winning by Design to ensure consistency and results

  • Provide coaching and data-driven insights to improve win rates and shorten ramp up time

What does the role require from you?

  • Solid grasp of B2B SaaS mid-market or enterprise sales cycles

  • Familiarity with modern sales methodologies (Winning by Design, SPICED)

  • Excellent facilitation, training, and communication skills

  • Data-driven mindset with ability to measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement

  • Comfortability to work in a start-up environment: hands-on, proactive, and adaptable

  • Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration skills

  • Experience working with social learning or L&D platforms is a great advantage

  • Typically requires 3-5 years of experience in Sales Enablement or Sales Operations roles in a scale-up organization within the Saas industry

  • Fluent skills in English; other languages are seen as a benefit
