With an NPS score in the excellent range of 50-69, our customers love the product - and your role will focus on driving upsell and expansion to deliver even more value.

What will this role have ownership of?

  • Growing revenue across a portfolio of existing customers through upsell and expansion

  • Building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders (HR, L&D, Transformation, C-level)

  • Identifying and closing expansion opportunities with Customer Success and Product teams

  • Understanding customer needs, priorities, and decision processes to drive growth

  • Forecasting expansion revenue accurately and managing clear close plans

  • Partnering with Marketing to create customer stories, case studies, and references

  • Sharing structured feedback with Product and Customer Success to improve adoption

What does the role require from you?

  • Proven experience driving upsell and expansion in B2B SaaS

  • Solid consultative selling skills and executive-level communication

  • Ability to manage complex accounts and multiple stakeholders

  • Experience with sales frameworks Winning by Design, SPICED

  • Strong forecasting discipline and CRM hygiene

  • Curious, data-driven self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience with L&D or collaboration platforms is an advantage

  • Typically requires 4-6 years of experience in Account Manager or Customer Success Manager roles within the Saas industry

  • Fluent skills in Swedish and English; additional languages are a benefit
